     PVA = Number of Visits
     Number of New Members (Accepting Care)

Example: For 2003 you had 10,000 Visits and 200 New Members accepting Care
     10,000 / 200 = 50 PVA

When you have a high PVA you do not have to spend ALL of your time looking for New Members to bring into your practice.
